1. Ambulance medical support for patients during transportation:

The service suites patients who are in need of medical care by an ambulance team. Assistance can be provided both at the scene of the call and during patient’s medical evacuation to the hospital. Medical evacuation can be provided if a patient is:

  • sent home after hospital treatment;
  • getting treatment in neighboring region of Russia;
  • going to hospice;
  • going to a doctor for consultation or examination.
  • Medical evacuation can be provided for women in labor sent by their doctors to maternity hospitals (under private contracts).

Depending on the severity of the patient's condition medical support is carried out by the following types of teams:

  • The feldsher squad includes a feldsher and a driver. Evacuation is carried out on "Ford" or "Mercedes" ambulance cars (class B) of patients in a moderate severity condition requiring minimum medical support.
  • General medical emergency squad consists of an emergency medical doctor and a feldsher. Evacuation is carried out on "Ford" or "Mercedes" ambulance cars (class B) of patients in a moderate severity condition requiring general medical support.
  • Specialized medical squad of anesthesiology and intensive care consists of an anesthesiologist-resuscitator and a feldsher. Evacuation is carried out on "Ford" or "Mercedes" ambulance cars (class C reanimobile) of patients in serious conditions requiring intensive care, including accompanying them with an artificial lung ventilation machine or/and cardiostimulator.

2. Ambulance medical support for mass entertainment and sports events:

Any event, which implies a crowd of people, requires an escort of the emergency medical team on duty. The presence of doctors may be needed at any event: from mixed martial arts tournaments to mass corporate celebrations. It is also possible to accompany funeral processions. MAS has extensive experience in supporting such events: from Olympic Winter Games in Sochi 2014 to FIFA World Cup 2018.

The following types of squads may be on duty:
